1. You must make your own arrangements for the delivery of
emails to your lists unless agreed
otherwise.
2. You must place your own remove links in all your emails.
You are not allowed to reference Mailing List Factory, our
domain names or our email addresses in any of your messages
to your leads. You are responsible for managing your own
remove requests for your mailings. You must take full
responsibility for any spam complaints you receive and also
be 100% CAN-SPAM compliant.
3. You can only use Mailing List Factory leads for legal and
moral purposes. We forbid the use of our leads for any type
of illegal activity.
4. You accept full responsibility for using Mailing List
Factory leads and are 100% at your own risk. Email marketing
can carry risks and ISPs policies can vary. We take no
responsibility for any losses or damages incurred through
using our leads.
Please only purchase or rent our leads if you are willing to agree
to the above terms.
Purchased Leads
It's
always advisable to use
your emails as soon after receiving them as possible. This
way you ensure that the recipient's interest is strong and
that their email address is still valid. Although,
we
do our utmost to ensure
that all email addresses are accurate, sometimes Opt-ins may
misspell their email address or close their email account
which may result in emails bouncing as they cannot be
delivered. There is currently no means by which this can be
avoided and Mailing List Factory will not
accept responsibility whenever this
occurs.
Mailing List Factory and mailinglistfactory.com WILL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY THAT ACCOMPANY OR RESULT
FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF ITS SITE. THESE INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT
LIMITED TO) DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY: USE OF (OR
INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) ANY

LEGAL TERMS AS "INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.") WE ARE NOT LIABLE
EVEN IF WE’VE BEEN NEGLIGENT OR IF OUR AUTHORIZED
REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES OR BOTH.

We sometimes provide referrals to and links to other Web

Jurisdiction and Other Points to Consider

construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the

and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such
courts.

these Terms of Use, and the agreement they create, at any
time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to
you.
This is the ENTIRE agreement regarding all the matters that
